The Big Meat

We had the pleasure of joining team Smokus Pocus again at The Big Meat Festival this year and had the responsibility of cooking the Chef’s Choice category.

It was a great festival and it was good to catch up with some BBQ family.

Our Chef’s Choice hand in managed to win over the judges and got a us 1st place! We cooked Smoked Pig cheek Bonbons with braised Pig cheek Treacle and Apple and Onion Velouté.
